Posterity Pages offers UPS Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air Saver shipping services within the United States and Canada. Once you enter your shipping information, your shipping charge will be calculated using UPS shipping rates. If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us directly at 973-455-0411.
Complete-your-own Brag Books and Explosion Boxes ship within 3-5 business days. Customized items (Legacy Photo Albums, Memory Boxes and Brag Books/Explosion Boxes that we insert your photos/memorabilia) are created within 4-6 weeks after the design consultation has taken place. The product is shipped upon completion. Expedited design is available; please call us directly at 973-455-0411 for further information and pricing.
As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the order number. You can also track the status of your order on our website.
Return policy
Our products are individualized to the customers' personal preferences and therefore are non-returnable and the purchase price is non-refundable.
While we do have a no-return/no-refund policy, it is still very important to us at Posterity Pages that you are happy with your purchase. Once we receive and review your email, and we deem it appropriate to do so, we will work diligently to remedy the issue in a timely fashion.
